Works Great on ECHOLINK and E-QSO and other Digital Sound Card Modes.

The ECHOLINK-VoIP Rev C. board is used in conjunction with the ECHOLINK Software (http://www.echolink.org), EQSO software in VOX mode and other Digital Sound Card Modes. When it is wired to a radio (mic) (RX audio out) (ptt), the board and your computer, you are able to remotely access worldwide stations on the ECHOLINK and EQSO listing. This is done by hitting the node touchtone access code. Voice responses comes back from the software to tell you whether you have connected or not. Through our interface board you can talk almost any where in the world through your HT on either simplex or on a repeater. You can also operate most sound card digital modes.

1. PLUG & PLAY (Cables other than power cable supplied by the user). A mono audio cable connects between the computers mic and back of the unit. Two other mono audio cables go from the Radios RX out and PTT to the unit. One additional audio cable goes between the radios mic to the speaker out of the computer.

14. Proper double sided PCB with a solid ground plane on the top, which avoid RF pick up you often get with cheaper single sided versions.

15. Operates off of 9-15V. Power connector and wire supplied. Power can be connected + center or - center.

16. "D" Touchtone produces a remote momentary trigger of your link for distance checking.

17. Board comes complete with instructions for easy set up.

19. Through Board audio transfer which reduces the need for a Y connector.
